After reviewing the state of properties in Miami, we found that many structures frequently suffer from the risk of fire, water, and mold damage. Despite South Florida’s amazing weather, the tropical climate has commonly brought hurricanes, flooding, and storm surges that cause significant damage in the area.

While setting up PuroClean of Aventura and surveying property owners, we concluded that a good percentage have been victims of property damage. Most often, they dealt with issues stemming from heavy rain, flooding, and more. Damage also came from malfunctioning water heaters or AC units in their home or business.

Ricardo’s prior history in retail banking and technology services, combined with David’s knowledge of the construction and general contracting industries, offers the perfect blend of experience PuroClean always needs. We’re a dynamic duo who can respond to the needs of customers with care and understanding while quickly restoring properties struggling with fire, water, and mold damage in the South Florida area.

Born in Miami and married, David grew up in Caracas, Venezuela and moved back to Miami in 2016. A driven entrepreneur and business-oriented professional, he was a Civil Engineer with over 11 years’ experience. Volunteer work fills him with satisfaction in serving and giving back the community. “My number one priority is to assess and understand the loss, give reassurance to a customer when he calls PuroClean, and never quit until their expectations are surpassed”

Dedicated family man, married for 25 years and three children. An active member of the Jewish community in Venezuela, he started his leadership training since he was 12. When he's not delivering exceptional service to clients, Gengis loves extreme sports and finding solace in Mother Nature.

Gabriel is proud to be a reassuring presence to clients facing complicated situations. Happily married, Gabriel is passionate about sports and exercise.

Rasec Blanco is a devoted father of three. He earned an Associate's degree in Human Resources, along with diplomas in management, marketing, and sales. Rasec left his native Venezuela and moved to the United States for better professional opportunities, eventually earning certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation while at PuroClean. Always grateful and optimistic, Rasec maintains an eagerness to pursue new successes. He loves to exercise and run.

Didimo Diaz

A native of Venezuela, Didimo Diaz knows the value of hard work. In 2016, Didimo spent six years in Panama honing his skills in a marble and granite company, delving into the intricacies of remodeling and space restoration. In 2022, he brought his extensive knowledge to Miami, where he found stability and an extraordinary work environment at PuroClean. As a water damage technician, Didimo’s valuable contributions enhance his commitment to excellent customer service.

Shay Hughes-Courtois

Business Development

As our newest team member, Shay’s approach to customer service is nothing short of meticulous and compassionate, reflecting her dedication to making meaningful connections. Originally from Arizona, Shay moved to the Sunshine State in 2022. With an infectious enthusiasm for exploring new opportunities, Shay is eager to hit the ground running and become an avid member of her new community. When she's not at work, you can find Shay soaking up the sun on one of South Florida's beautiful beaches.

Justin Mackie

Technician

Broward native Justin Mackie is making a significant impact as a restoration technician! As the second oldest among five siblings, Justin's sense of responsibility and dedication extends to his work, where he gives 100 percent to assist clients through the restoration process. A sports enthusiast, Justin loves football, the Chicago Bears in particular. Justin's main hobby is fishing, where he achieved a personal best of 3.1 pounds.

Marc Sicre

Business Development Representative

A Miami native, Marc Sicre has over 10 years of experience in the restoration industry. He takes pride in knowing he can make a difference in his community, whether he's working on a water damage remediation or mold removal project. Marc's number-one goal is to assist clients when they need it most. An avid sports fan, Marc loves spending time with his two sons, enjoying the outdoors, and fishing.

William Gambino

Technician

William Gambino brings experience and a compassionate spirit to his role at PuroClean. Born in Cuba, he graduated as an intermediate technician in economics and spent a decade contributing to Cubana de Aviación. In 2022, he moved to the U.S., where William discovered a fulfilling purpose in providing PuroClean services that help people overcome emergencies. William's hobbies include playing sports, catching up on TV, and basking on the beach.
