From that first moment we made the call, PuroClean has been with us every step of the way. Dealing with water loss in your home is extremely overwhelming, especially in the humid south. Add in a major holiday weekend, and that becomes a recipe for disaster!! However, each PuroClean technician we worked with, in person, or on the phone, took the time to walk us through the entire process. Derek, Ryan, Gene, and Joshua, are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to answer my many, many questions and made recommendations based on their experience working with water loss like ours. Though, the biggest impact they made was their genuine care for me, my family, our home, and even our dog Bella!
