Puroclean provided an exceptionally prompt response to our water damage emergency. Michelle, Derek and the team were universally excellent. They were always accessible and their willingness to help coordinate with other vendors and interface with our insurer was a great benefit.

The team at Puroclean were professional yet very understanding about my mothers situation. They worked with us to make the cleaning something my mother could deal with while still maintaining their high standards. Everyone we dealt with couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. We would highly recommend them for anyone in a big cleaning situation.

Several months ago I came home to a totally destroyed guest room. There was a leak from a pipe that was separated in the attic. I had no idea who to call or what to do. I was referred to PuroClean. Derek came out and looked at the at the mess and made arrangements to start the next day. He completed the work by himself and it was very professional and efficient. I hope that I never have to do this again but if I need their services I will immediately. Molina even tried to work with the insurance company but they still refused to pay. The cost was reasonable, especially for the amount of work and hauling off wet Sheetrock and carpet. etc…They are a local, family owned business and very easy to work with. Give them a call for your water restoration needs. You won’t regret it.

If circumstances dictate that you need a Mitigation Company I HIGHLY recommend PuroClean! Ryan, Josh, Derek & Gene were professional , timely and very considerate with all my personal belongings ------they cleaned up all dust and debris before leaving. The office staff Michelle & Meghan were on the ball and kept everyone including my Insurance adjuster informed of what was needed and what was completed. Everyone at PUROCLEAN WAS exceptional!!!

PuroClean has helped me twice now with redoing drywall and floors due to water damage. They were efficient and always do a good job. I know that they are the ones to call if I ever have a Restoration emergency!
