They were very quick to respond and have someone out in a very timely manner (within 24 hours). Their customer service has been excellent. I have worked with Jorge on both projects and he explained both projects in detail so I was clear on what the company would be doing. He was patient in answering my questions and always followed up if I had questions later. Both projects were done exactly like what was described and the crew was very considerate of the area they were working with (and not damaging other areas). We've had 2 flooding events in the house in 2 months. The first company took 4 hours to get here and start. PuroClean was here in less then an hour. Helped clean up the water,we missed set up the equipment and had us on the road to a piece of mind. They were here when they said they would be. Jorge kept me in the loop on everything. Sean and his crew were very fast in removing the flooring and kept everything clean. Everyone was very polite and respectful and friendly when talking to us. Also worked with the insurance company to directly to help speed the process up. My wife and I highly recommend Puro Clean for any type of leaks. -KB
