Rick Gutridge is an amazing professional. We called him for a second opinion after our condo experienced water damage. We explained that our association had retained a restoration specialist and we had no reason to question their capability but that we would feel better to have someone we retained guide us. Rick inspected our home, attended a separate inspection with the insurance adjuster (which required waiting about 45 minutes), prepared his own estimate for restoration and worked with the insurance adjuster to correct his estimate. He answered our questions with clear, direct advice. He also guided us to a solution that did not involve him making any money. We had to insist on him sending us a bill for his time.
