The PuroClean team came at a time of stress, when my sizeable finished basement and working studio, jam-packed with art, furniture, valuables, and oriental rugs, was flooded. The PuroClean team was all that I could wish and even exceeded my expectations. What started out for me as a disturbing scenario (water everywhere!) quickly became an orderly, manageable situation when the PuroClean team arrived. They got right to work in an organized fashion and remained steadily at work for many hours the first day and several hours on return. Their knowledge and skill were on full display. Their steady, balanced mood was calming and reassuring, allaying all my concerns and fears. Tony Moore, the point person, was helpfully communicative and empathetic when I had questions and followed through on every promise and commitment. I found the team trustworthy, reliable, and, as a bonus, humane! I cannot say enough about the excellence of the PuroClean team and their skill in restoring the basement and saving my treasured belongings.

Puro Clean is an awesome company! Everyone I dealt with was friendly & professional. Very efficient. They were also very prompt & my problem ( ice dam) was handled very quickly. They are a wonderful company!

PuroClean rocks. My insurance assigned them to do water mitigation after my dishwasher flooded and I'm so glad they did. Tony came out same day to look at everything and had his crew come out shortly after. Chuck & Chardnay (sorry if I spelled that wrong) were great. They communicated, answered all my questions and were super nice. They were also quick and made sure the job was done correctly. Couldn't be happier with their service!

Puroclean does wonderful work. I have used them on many of my homes our Church and friends homes.

These guys rock at clean up and containment. Very honest and hardworking crew and Management. Highly recommend and have used them about three times on pesky projects.
