Not an easy mess to manage, with what these young men took on! Nevertheless, their attitude, work ethic, and determination eased my anxiety and turned a disaster into a total remediation and peace of mind. One responded immediately, when he was supposed to be on vacation that week AND the owner appeared in a crisp white shirt...even though it was after hours! It was obvious that they all work as a team and devote whatever it takes to deliver quality and excellent service.

Rick Gutridge is an amazing professional. We called him for a second opinion after our condo experienced water damage. We explained that our association had retained a restoration specialist and we had no reason to question their capability but that we would feel better to have someone we retained guide us. Rick inspected our home, attended a separate inspection with the insurance adjuster (which required waiting about 45 minutes), prepared his own estimate for restoration and worked with the insurance adjuster to correct his estimate. He answered our questions with clear, direct advice. He also guided us to a solution that did not involve him making any money. We had to insist on him sending us a bill for his time. When he did - it was only for $89. Rick was a capable, generous professional during a very trying time for us.

Fantastic company. Rick the company owner came out to inspect our house and within a very short period of time informed us that there was no mould (despite our chimney people thinking that there was). He insisted on not charging the call-out fee and was all-round very decent. It's hard to find that decency now-aways.

We had an amazing experience with Tony, Chris and his helper. Mold is never a surprise you want to have, but Tony and his team made it as painless and affordable as possible! Because the estimate was so easy to read as a consumer I felt confident in my decisions and what I was receiving for the price. Tony’s responsiveness during my project was impressive to say the least, I’m even a little ashamed to say he responded to my late night emails to make sure I was a reassured happy Mother and understood the importance of my home, health and the environment my family lives in. I would highly recommend them (and do) for the work ethic this company has to ensure your satisfaction!

We had a cigarette smell in our apartment, and there are only limited things the management office can do. I was seeking experts to help us find what can fix the problem. They are excellent, they located the problem and provided some beneficial information to help us improve the quality of air.

I highly recommend this company! I used them for mold in the ceiling of a basement bathroom. They were quick to schedule the appointment; on time; very professional, yet friendly. The young man who did the work in my house was THE BEST keeping me informed of his arrival time!

Had PuroClean in my home to mitigate after my water heater burst and filled my finished basement with 3” of water. They did a great job. They were very professional, were a pleasure to work with and, should the need arise, have them in my home again.

The PuroClean team has been out twice to help me clean up water in my basement and bathroom. The team was on time, courteous, and really focused on making sure my home was dry and mold-free. PuroClean should be your first call after any water or fire event in your home!
