All staff were very professional and so helpful in removing furniture, flooring, drywall as well as other ruined contents and just being reassuring. They kept us informed at every step and called prior to arriving which was so helpful given we were working remotely. I certainly hope we dont have to use their services again but if in the same situation - we know who to call first. We highly recommend the Columbus PuroClean Team.
