Our Story

Central Southwest Houston is an area with an exceptionally diverse population. Located near Pasadena, Pearland, and Fresno, Central Southwest Houston is the home of the Wildcat Golf Club and Avevo Stadium, Houston’s Rugby team, the Houston Sabercats. Its location provides easy access to various indoor and outdoor activities and attractions ranging from entertaining to educating. The sites are the Color Factory, the Japanese Garden, the Houston Museum of Natural Science, The Galleria Mall, the Hermann Park Conservancy, and the Houston Zoo.

John holds a degree in engineering and is originally from Peru. John has worked as an Engineer for Schlumberger in Iran, Malaysia, Colombia, Singapore, and the United States. He loves sports, rugby, and biking. He is married and has a five-year-old son. Having owned two successful businesses, John has supervised every detail and aspect of the operations in his companies. John manages the crews and the job sites, provides estimates and maintains the company's equipment and inventory.

Nilo Quiroz

Owner/ Business Development

IICRC Certified

Nilo has an MBA in Business. Originally from Mexico, Nilo has worked abroad as an Oil and Gas engineer with Schlumberger.in Russia, France, Peru, Colombia, Singapore, and The United States of America. He was a national-level swimmer, who almost made the Olympic team. He is married and has a lovely Patterdale terrier. Nilo builds and expands the business relationships that relate to the continued growth of the company.

Office Manager

Nadine is a former Oil and Gas Engineer. A native of Syria, Nadine has had a successful career in management and operations. Nadine manages the crews and the job sites, provides estimates, and maintains the company's equipment and inventory.

Marketing Manager

Creative and bold entrepreneur, Carole has worked in the travel industry in Costa Rica and Peru. where she opened the first branch of a French online travel agency. Carole handles the marketing and promotion for the company.

Before diving into restoration, I worked as a university English professor in Peru and as a medical interpreter, helping bridge communication in critical moments. When I’m not helping clients restore their homes, you’ll find me on the tennis court, traveling to new places, or exploring my passion for language and interpretation. I truly enjoy meeting new people.
