I have found Mr. Auza to be professional, responsive, ethical, hard working, and someone who possesses a wealth of information. I also referred Purofirst to my son after he experienced an apartment fire and needed smoke and water remediation. I am presently using this company again after a pipe burst in my basement. I am a fan! Update since July Update December 2025 Purofirst just finished the mold remediation I experienced after the pipe burst. They performed an excellent and top-notch job. Continue to highly recommend this team. Most of my dealings have been directly with Enrique Auza who is worth his weight in gold both as a customer service representative and as a source of information. He managed a great team, including the following hard-working people: Haroldo Vargas, Saira Lopez, Manuel de Paz, Yaxely Andrade, Freddy Castanebal, and Kelly Najarro!
