PuroClean just completed a mold and asbestos remediation project on my house under budget and on time. I especially appreciated the good project communication. Isreal de la Vara, the project manager, met with me frequently to review progress and plan the next steps. He encouraged me to call or text with questions. PuroClean installed new floors and painted several rooms, which updated and improved the house. I would recommend checking out PuroClean if you need remediation work done on your home.

I highly recommend Puroclean for water remediation and needed repair work. I have now had to call on them in 2 urgent situations within a year and a half. On both, they responded immediately to my call and came to my property very shortly after we talked. Israel and team do thorough damage assessment and treatment -- with continuous monitoring to ensure everything is going as it should. They are very professional, accommodating of the client's needs, careful and considerate with client's property, and just nice people. Brandon was exceptional to deal with -- making sure we always understood what he planned to do an when -- and being extremely flexible with regard to our schedule. He has a wonderful demeanor. Puroclean has been consistently professional, prompt, efficient and communicative. IF the need should arise again for the services they offer, I will most definitely be calling Puroclean immediately without another consideration!

I highly recommend Israel and PuroClean. I had a scare after another contractor came to my home to assess some water damage that occurred on the sheet rock and moulding inside and around my back door. The contractor told me that a 3-4 ft radius of tile around the door had moisture as well. He informed me that the tile would more than likely need to be ripped up, everything dried and replaced! This wasn’t in his scope of work or most other companies I called. Israel contacted me within an hour of my call to PuroClean, and despite his heavy workload, was willing to make an after-hours visit the same day. He worked around my work schedule and made a trip to Lockhart to address my concerns. The repairs needed turned out to be minor that can be handled by a handyman, and Israel assured me my flooring would not need to be replaced. He also helped me pinpoint the source of the water damage, which was a nearby sprinkler. A huge burden has been lifted! Obviously, this company truly cares about helping people and not just getting paid.

We discovered that the window in our upstairs shower had been leaking for years, causing damage to our bathroom floor and kitchen ceiling, including boards and some beams, and even the exterior walls. Israel and his team did a great job fixing the damage, including demo and rebuild. They were highly professional, efficient, thorough, and friendly, and did a great job. Thank you!

We had a hot water pipe burst under our kitchen cabinet and the whole left part of our house was flooded in minutes. PuroClean was absolutely amazing. They were here within 45 mins. of my call on a Friday morning. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable on water damage. They also did our pack-out and a wonderful job they did. This helped us so much. Would recommend PuroClean for sure and would call them again.

Located source of water damage, arranged a repair of leak and stone work, dried and replaced carpet, dried all areas and removed and installed new cabinet kick plate that had warped. Very professional and well done.
