We had some water damage in our guest bedroom and minor mold in the attic due to the Hurricane Harvey and found Puroclean Property Saver on yelp. They ARE a life saver!!! Israel called us back and came by the same day to thoroughly check our damage. He was very polite and answered all our questions. We had 2 other contractors come out but both couldn't provide an estimate (which was odd and unsettling for us). Israel was able to provide an estimate right away. We felt at ease with Israel and had complete trust in him. When he and another gentleman began work, everything went smoothly, on time and communication was good. Once the work was done, you couldn't even tell there was ever water damage in that area. It was nice to have our home back. Thank you so much Puroclean Property Saver!!!

Israel's team from PuroClean were life-savers for us when we had an attic water leak late one evening on a weekend. The leak was easily stopped, but ceiling and wall drywall below were soaked. PuroClean were on-site within an hour, and quickly stabilized the situation - removing damaged dry-wall and setting up drying fans. It was a considerable relief to be able to put the situation into their capable hands so fast, and this probably saved us some further repair costs. Once the walls and ceiling were dry, they set about repairing the damage in a very professional way - replacing and repainting the affected drywall, and generally putting things back to a state where you would never have known the damage had occurred. Throughout, Israel and all of his team were very courteous and professional, and took time to explain what they were doing, and how the work was progressing. Work was done quickly and efficiently, and for what I believe was a competitive price. I would recommend PuroClean highly for any similar work."

Israel and his team were exactly what we needed during a stressful project such as mold remediation. Not only is Israel communicative, professional, and organized, but his detail-oriented proposal set him apart from other contractors who I interviewed. He included photos, measurements, and line-item explanations. This detail assured us he would do an excellent job, and we were right. Our closet passed clearance, and we couldn't be happier. Don't be fooled by cheaper quotes - his quote is reasonable for this level of work.
Additionally, Israel and his team were respectful of our space and worked with us on our concerns. If you want peace of mind, hire this team immediately!"

I would definitely recommend Israel and his service for smoke odor removal. He came out immediately when we called about our problem (kitchen fire producing a severe smoke odor throughout the house) and spent half an hour with us answering questions, with no expectations of a fee. He told us about our various options, including using a hydroxyl-producing machine or an ozone machine to knock out the odor once everything was clean. After cleaning every item and surface in our house, we had him come out and use the hydroxyl machine. He came by every day at a time convenient for us to move the fans and machine around to try to address the odor, which wasn't subsiding much after a day or two. He then gave us a couple further options, including a chlorine-based treatment for the walls and HVAC system, cleaning the air ducts, and switching to ozone (which is harsher but acts faster). We had our air ducts cleaned with a separate service since that was the only surface we couldn't clean ourselves that could have had smoke residue on it. Since the odor was still very apparent after the duct cleaning and three days of hydroxyl, we decided to switch to the most aggressive treatment (ozone), which Israel correctly recommended we only do for six hours (as per the manufacturer's guidelines). The ozone treatment helped a lot, although the smoke odor (while much improved) is still apparent in several areas in the house, which we're still working on.
Israel did not charge us for the hydroxyl machine ($160/day plus $20/day /each for the fans), I assume because it was not very effective for our smoke odors, and only charged us for the ozone treatment, which cost $800.
Overall, Israel did an amazing job and helped us get at least 90% of an incredibly strong smoke odor out of our walls, belongings, etc. I only wish that I was told at the beginning instead of mid-treatment that hydroxyl would take much longer than ozone, that we would need to clean the air ducts, that a chlorine treatment would be recommended, and that we would likely still have a slight smell present after all treatments were completed.
Israel and PuroClean are head and shoulders above SERVPRO and other companies that charge exorbitant fees to stressed and unsophisticated customers for unprofessional service. PuroClean was reasonable, responsive, patient, effective, and highly professional. Thank you Israel!

Israel and Delilah are professional, dependable, and deliver an excellent service. I have only used them for carpet cleaning but in the past I've used random carpet cleaning services that I find online. I am happy to say that their cleaning service was superior to the others I've used, and the price is competitive. I will continue to use them, as our household with 3 dogs creates a frequent need for carpet cleaning and they've done the best job so far.
