We had a hot water pipe burst under our kitchen cabinet and the whole left part of our house was flooded in minutes. PuroClean was absolutely amazing. They were here within 45 mins. of my call on a Friday morning. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable on water damage. They also did our pack-out and a wonderful job they did. This helped us so much. Would recommend PuroClean for sure and would call them again.

PuroClean saved my bacon. After my 2 month old condo got flooded out from an adjoining unit they came and did what the other guys couldn't. They professionally dried me out AND repaired all the damage with matching wood flooring, trim and paint to make the place look better than when it was new. They were quick, reliable, and didn't leave any mess behind.

I had a water heater leak at my home. It flooded my laundry room, kitchen and went under walls into my garage. Israel and his team came to my rescue immediately after I called my insurance company. Israel patiently walked me through an explanation of the damage and what would be needed to do to remove the water. He kept me informed of the plan and progress throughout the clean-up. He and his team were neat and very considerate of my needs. When Israel said he would be at my home, he was there every time (which is huge these days). The work he and his team performed was done very well - they treated my place like it was their home. Israel is great to talk with, really considerate and easy-going while being on top of his job constantly. I will definitely be working with him on my upcoming repairs.

Israel was called urgently due to a leaking water heater at my home. Water had been leaking for ??? days before the thing actually developed a large hole. Water had flooded my laundry room, kitchen and had gone underneath my exterior wall into my garage. Israel is an excellent communicator. He walked me thru the damage and the plan for clean-up. He kept me informed throughout the week of work required to get it all handled. He and his team showed up when they told me they would and were very neat with their work as well as outstandingly considerate of my needs the entire time. He managed my complete clean-up and will soon be working with me on repairs. : )

We had a problem with windblown rain getting in somewhere above our gameroom window. I tried to locate and fix it myself, and had a couple of other contractors out over the years, but nobody could figure it out. After Hurricane Harvey mold stared to appear where the water would drop down from the top of the window casing. I knew it was time to get serious, figure this thing out and fix it for good. Someone having a similar issue recommended PuroClean on Nextdoor. I called and made an appointment and met with Israel a couple of days later. Israel initially provided an estimate for treating the mold and removing the sheetrock on the front wall to see exactly what we were dealing with. Israel and his crew carefully covered everything in the room with plastic and sealed off the room. Upon removing the sheetrock they found some mold (but not as bad as expected) and some rotted wood. They cleaned the mold and we agreed to proceed with phase two which involved removing the stone around the window, replacing the window and rotted wood and putting everything back together. Israel's guys were very professional and did a great job with all of that. From replacing the window, to putting back the stone, to all of the trim and paint work inside, you would never have known any work was done at all - it all looked great. Israel was very easy to get in touch with throughout the process, he and his crew showed up when they said they would and left little to no mess when they were done. I did not get other quotes so I can't comment on the cost but it seemed very reasonable for the amount and quality of work done. I highly recommend Israel and PuroClean. Hopefully I will never need their services again, but if I ever do have any mold or water damage issues I will not hesitate to give them a call.
