PuroClean Emergency Services provides 24/7 emergency water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup and restoration for residential and commercial clients. We service the Dayton, Springfield, Cincinnati, and surrounding counties and strive to be onsite within two hours for emergency calls.

We restore property and peace of mind to residential and commercial clients who have experienced property damage from water, fire, mold, or biohazard situations. Our highly trained technicians evaluate each job to ensure each client is taken care of at the highest level possible.

At PuroClean Emergency Service, customer service begins with every phone call we receive. Our trained staff collects all pertinent information and works to dispatch a crew as soon as possible. Based on Insurance requirements, if additional vendors such as a plumber, or flooring expert are needed, PuroClean Emergency Services gladly arranges to have expert trade partners reach out to our clients to support their needs. We provide a “one-stop-shop” service to ensure every detail is completed. At PuroClean Emergency Services, we work with all insurance carriers and are considered a “preferred vendor” for most carriers. Often times, there is no need to file a claim and our trained staff, explains to the client the best solution for their situation. We offer no-interest payment plans for self-pay clients who are on fixed budgets.

With a strong commitment to our core value of “giving back,” our office supports various organizations and events, including fundraising activities, youth and high school athletics, various faith-based events, The Red Cross, the Alzheimer’s Association, SICSA, Blue Star Mother’s Group, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and numerous others! We are also members of the BBB, several Chambers of Commerce, BNI, BOMA, IFMA, and we support numerous non-profits. We also have employees on several Boards of the nonprofits we support including Big Brothers/Big Sisters and the Alter High School Football Association.

Our employees are highly trained and have numerous IICRC Certifications, Mold Certifications, and Lead Certifications.

PuroClean has additional employees who support our Certified Staff. All employees are given advancement opportunities, and after meeting required criteria, are sent to IICRC Certified classes to become certified technicians. We are always looking for motivated, career-minded individuals to join our Team! No experience necessary.

Becky and her family are lifetime residents of the communities they serve. Our area has top-rated schools including K-12, community colleges, and private as well as public universities. Prior to purchasing PuroClean, Becky was part-owner in a tooling and machining company her father had started. She has a love of family business as well as teaching, and she uses her skills and passion for teaching continuing education classes and mentoring other business owners.

Collin -

Lead Technician

Collin was the first full-time employee hired by Becky Edgren in 2009, and he now serves as a Project Manager, responsible for overseeing emergency water and fire jobs, estimates, mold remediation, and training. Collin has numerous IICRC Certifications and continues his personal and professional development by attending continuing education classes on a regular basis.

Matt -

Technician

Matt is a Certified IICRC Technician and Project Manager. He oversees water jobs of all sizes and complexity. As with all PuroClean employees, they continue growing professionally by attending in-house training and taking IICRC certification classes.

Amy -

Technician

Amy is PuroClean’s most experienced fire and smoke cleaning Technician, she holds IICRC Certifications. It is her responsibility to use a highly sophisticated software program for all content pack out jobs and she continues to advance through additional IICRC certification classes.
