PuroClean Emergency Services provides 24/7 emergency water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup and restoration for residential and commercial clients. We service the Dayton, Springfield, Cincinnati, and surrounding counties and strive to be onsite within two hours for emergency calls.
We restore property and peace of mind to residential and commercial clients who have experienced property damage from water, fire, mold, or biohazard situations. Our highly trained technicians evaluate each job to ensure each client is taken care of at the highest level possible.
At PuroClean Emergency Service, customer service begins with every phone call we receive. Our trained staff collects all pertinent information and works to dispatch a crew as soon as possible. Based on Insurance requirements, if additional vendors such as a plumber, board-up company, or flooring expert are needed, PuroClean Emergency Service gladly arranges to have expert trade partners reach out to our clients to support their needs. We provide a “one-stop-shop” service to ensure every detail is completed. At PuroClean Emergency Service, we work with all insurance carriers and are considered a “preferred vendor” for most carriers. Often times, there is no need to file a claim and our trained staff explains to the client the best solution for their situation. We offer no-interest payment plans for self-pay clients who are on fixed budgets.
All employees understand and live by these core values, which empower them to make the best decisions for our clients.
With a strong commitment to “giving back,” our office supports various organizations and events, including fundraising activities, youth and high school athletics, various faith-based events, The Red Cross, the Alzheimer’s Association, SICSA, Gold Star Mother’s Group, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and numerous others! My family and I have recently been displaced due to a fire that damaged the majority of our apartment building. Like most head of households, I instantly panicked and claimed everything a total loss. [...]
Excellent. Very helpful with me living out of state and taking care of my mothers home.
They did a great job, had good communications with me, and I appreciate their compassion.
