My brother recommended PuroClean to me after I found some mold growing in my laundry room due to some HVAC issues. He described them as honest and that they do a great job without over selling you. He was RIGHT! Brian (who I can’t say enough good things about!) came by within a few days of us calling for help (which was a blessing, because Cinci had just been hit with so much flooding and I know they had to have been busy!). He answered all of my questions, explained everything so that I could easily understand, and got everything fixed, cleaned, and remedied quickly. He even went so far as to look into the underlying issue and found something that even our HVAC tech had missed!! He did not oversell, and I was very happy with the bill, especially with what I’ve heard from friends for similar work done. This group goes above and beyond, without trying to overcharge like lots of contractors I’ve worked with. Will be recommending them to everyone I know in the Cincinnati area!!

I recently had a water leak in my home, and PuroClean sent out Brantlin and Greta to handle the cleanup and drying process. They were extremely professional, yet genuinely friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire project.They explained every step clearly — from pulling up the flooring to checking for mold to setting up the industrial dryers — so I always knew what was happening and why. Their work was thorough, efficient, and done with real care.I’m truly grateful for how well they handled a stressful situation.
