I am extremely pleased with our service and highly recommend!!! Our basement flooded when our sump pump decided to quit during a big storm with A LOT of rain. Puroclean was recommended by our insurance and I’m so happy I called. I was told that a lot of other homes had flooded in the area the night before as well but they were able to come out that night to get started. The whole Puroclean team from that initial call to the last day of clean up and removal were amazing! Even though I knew they were extremely busy, someone from their team called each day to let me know when they would be there. I know they were all working overtime to ensure everyone was taken care of and because of their quick action and amazing work there was minimal personal property damage and no mold! This was such a relief and they helped make a stressful situation as painless as possible by taking care of everything. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!

I attended an educational class they offer for insurance agents. So knowledgeable, they have done work for our customers and been great partners. Appreciate the whole staff and highly recommend them.

PuroClean is the only company I would trust when is comes to emergency home services. Lara is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and an all around professional. Brantlin was polite, responsive, and thorough. From the top down Puroclean is simply the best. I am extremely grateful to have them to call when my families largest investment is in need.
