PuroClean did a fantastic job helping me with the different aspects of having water damage! Collin took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered my many questions. Amy and her crew worked very hard removing my contents and putting things back carefully. They were so patient with me, especially as I was being particular about putting the living room area rug in the correct place. Megan, Mary Beth, and Laura were great at communicating with me and helping me understand the process. I'm grateful for PuroClean as they were a huge help to get my house back to where it was. Thank You!!!

They were extremely knowledgeable and fast! Offered advice and came back once daily to make sure everything was working properly. We are in Centerville, they were very accommodating to make sure it was convenient for us! Highly recommend!!!

I am extremely pleased with our service and highly recommend!!! Our basement flooded when our sump pump decided to quit during a big storm with A LOT of rain. Puroclean was recommended by our insurance and I’m so happy I called. I was told that a lot of other homes had flooded in the area the night before as well but they were able to come out that night to get started. The whole Puroclean team from that initial call to the last day of clean up and removal were amazing! Even though I knew they were extremely busy, someone from their team called each day to let me know when they would be there. I know they were all working overtime to ensure everyone was taken care of and because of their quick action and amazing work there was minimal personal property damage and no mold! This was such a relief and they helped make a stressful situation as painless as possible by taking care of everything. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!

I attended an educational class they offer for insurance agents. So knowledgeable, they have done work for our customers and been great partners. Appreciate the whole staff and highly recommend them.
