Our Story

Southlake is a city in Tarrant County and is a suburb of Dallas/Fort Worth. Southlake is the perfect blend of sophisticated living and neighborly kindness. Southlake is well known for its Southlake Town Square, which boasts shopping, dining, art, and culture, all within a walkable area filled with Texas charm.

Southlake’s proximity to Dallas makes a Dallas Cowboy football game at AT&T Stadium or a day at Six Flags all within reach. It is this variety in such an ever-growing community that makes this the city where Jiri Smetana wants to grow a business and continue to raise a family.

Jiri recognizes that heavy rains can impact certain areas in and around Southlake in the springtime, which can cause flooding and hail.
