24/7 Home Restoration and Cleaning Services

PuroClean Restoration Services is a family-owned restoration and cleaning services company, owned by Cranford residents, Chris and Robin Hoy.  The Hoys purchased the water, fire, mold, and biohazard restoration company in 2010 when they transitioned from owning a construction company to owning another service oriented company, PuroClean. The Hoys and their team of IICRC certified technicians serve the following New Jersey counties: Union, Essex, Monmouth, and Middlesex.

The Cranford PuroClean team understands that water, fire, mold, biohazard and property damage presents an unexpected and stressful disruption to our daily lives. Robin & Chris Hoy knew that the switch to cleaning services was the right business decision after their first water damage cleanup job in 2010.  The homeowners had water damage from a rainstorm that came in through the tarps that covered their house during the renovation of their Cape Cod style home.

The property owners were dealing with the destruction of their home with collapsed ceilings, water logged contents, and debris throughout the house.  They desperately needed our cleaning services in order to gain a sense of normalcy to their lives and to enjoy a cup of homemade tea. After working most of the morning on cleaning up damaged sheetrock and extracting water from the home, the PuroClean team listened to the homeowners’ request and started cleaning up the water damage on and around the stove.  They were able to get the stove working, so that not only the homeowners, but all of the PuroClean crew, sat down to a cup of tea amidst the debris.

We went above and beyond the usual cleaning services. The PuroClean team really got to know the homeowners’ life story and with that, came an overwhelming sense of compassion for all that the homeowners had previously gone through.  That day will forever be etched in their memories, as this was the very reason that the Hoys had purchased a PuroClean franchise.  Robin and Chris learned that our role of a company is beyond just repairing the property – it’s also repairing lives.
