John responded within minutes of my initial contact. Jamie arrived shortly after. Can I just say WOW! I immediately felt relief after hours of crying. Jamie walked me through what had been damaged and immediately took action. I didn’t have to worry, there was consistent communication. I have never been so satisfied with a company like I have them!
