So the next call after the A/C guy, was to our insurance agency for guidance on what to do next. They recommended Puro Clean. We acted on their suggestion, having no local experience. We know why now, without hesitation, they make that recommendation. I would challenge you to find a more responsive, knowledgable, and thorough company. It was MINUTES after I called them that they were able to send a team to our house to begin the clean up and mitigation. Their work is great. That alone would be worth it, but their service is as well. They work quickly, and respectfully. Jamie explained the clean up and repair processes clearly and he completely understands the dance between using your insurance or paying out of pocket.
