We are a family-owned business, operating from Caseyville, Illinois since 2009. Owner Paul Reiss believes that honesty and integrity is the first priority. As with all the PuroClean franchises, we strive for complete customer satisfaction, be it the homeowner, the agent, or the adjuster. At PuroClean Emergency Restoration Services, our goal is also to be your business partner and a resource for quality mitigation service and support.

Our team takes great pride in serving our community by serving our churches as well as other community associations and foundations. We hold memberships in the Chamber, BNI, Women Empowering Women, Blue Goose, the St. Louis Claims Association, IAIP, and the IAAI. We are an IICRC certified firm as well as RRP.
Our service area is quite diverse, and the challenges of rural and urban issues are always engaging and stimulating. The people of the Illinois and the St. Louis region are friendly and courteous with high standards and work ethics. The down-to-Earth honesty and friendliness of the people in this area is what makes this our home. The general love of country is evident in being so close to Scott Air Force Base. We have the Cardinals and Blues, as well as the St. Louis Symphony orchestra. We also have the best-rated family park in the country, Forest Park and the educational and cultural opportunities for our children abound.
