I had a fire in June. PuroClean came in to take care of my personal items. Although I lost a lot there were things that were restored I didn't expect. The team was very pleasant and caring. After being recommended by my plumber, I called a local PuroClean franchise at dinnertime, on a Sunday afternoon, on Valentine's Day this year. Though I tried to push back his willingness to respond immediately (due solely so as not to ruin his wife's holiday), he arrived barely 30 mins later, 3 large fans & a dehumidifier in hand. I came to realize later that he was actually the franchise owner, as I was to meet additional crew the following day. After setting all four devices up & running on my now flooded dining room hardwood floor, he proceeded to gently remove the 8' bay window ornate wood border, in hopes to possibly salvage & reuse (which after sanding & painting, they did). He then removed the surrounding chair rail, sheet rock, insulation & then assessed wall, frame & floor water damage, advising throughout what he may be able to save, what may return with proper treatment (ie: the cupped hardwood floor boards...which he brought back!) etc. While I will not bore you with the whole process, I will tell you that PuroClean handled virtually the whole extremely upsetting issue, including settling down & comforting my frantic wife, dealing directly with my insurance company, estimates, forms, etc. What really struck me was how detailed as well as fiscally responsible he was as it related to keeping both my out of pocket as well as the insurance company's expenses down, where & if possible. I have since recommended PuroClean to a number of friends, business associates & even fellow church members, all of which who have had PuroClean turn a personal home disaster into about as comfortable & trusting an experience as any unexpected home remediation could be. I found all the PuroClean team that I dealt with to be extremely courteous, understanding, honest, polite, professional, definitely talented & there at the time that they said they would be there! If you have a fire, water, mold or any home disaster or even just a remediation problem that you need addressed & in a hurry, there's only one call that you need to make....your local PuroClean guy!

I recently had the good fortune to attend NFT Training at PuroClean's corporate office and training facility in Tamarac, Florida. For two weeks I was educated first hand by PuroClean's restoration professionals in a manner that was relevant, hands on, collaborative, instructional and supportive down all avenues pertinent for successfully starting up and running a PuroClean franchise. The entire staff as well the regional directors who flew into town to work with us made the event educational, comforting and supportive. I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge through classroom exercises, lunch and learns, hands on water restoration and technical work, as well as the side discussions with staff and other attendees. A special thank you to Darren, Chrissy, Bud, Mary, Mark and all the wonderful hard working PuroClean folk who made a two weeks business trip feel like a getaway. My best and thank you. Ted S

I spent the last 3 weeks at the PuroClean Corporation Headquarters for numerous IICRC classes. The PuroClean Academy inside of the headquarters is modern, state of the art facility with the best instructors in the industry. Could not have asked for a better experience.
