Our Story

Our PuroClean office is veteran-owned and is located in Natick, Framingham, and the rest of the Metro West Area. Massachusetts, and serves Auburn, Worcester, Metro West, Oxford, Millbury, Shrewsbury, Northborough, Southborough, Westborough, Marlborough communities, and many more Massachusetts communities. We focus on providing empathy and understanding because our clients frequently deal with an upsetting and disturbing situation. We provide experienced care in water damage clean-up, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and biohazard clean-up with a strong focus on customer service. We are available seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Our average “on-site” time is 60 minutes, and we work directly with your local insurance provider. We are ready and able to handle jobs of any size. One of our biggest jobs was mold remediation for a local bank’s branch location. The branch has been in place for over 30 years and never had been cleaned. We had to remove a large amount of stored trash, then deal with both contaminated blown-in insulation and Batt-insulation. After, we had to remove heavy mold from the attic that had had a roof leak for many years. We finally had to seal up the entire attic with an antimicrobial sealant. All this work had to be done on weekends after the branch was closed, but we could accommodate our client’s schedule to complete the work while the bank continued to operate.

Our office proudly supports our community with membership in the greater Worcester Chamber of Commerce, the Town of Auburn Chamber of Commerce, BBB, and the Gateway BNI in Charlton. Nigel is also Treasurer for the NAACP of Worcester and a Coach and Board Member for the Town of Auburn Little League Baseball.

Owner Nigel Belgrave, an Air Force veteran, has lived and worked in Central Massachusetts for over twenty years. Nigel Belgrave routinely volunteers for organizations serving children and the less fortunate throughout the community. Customer service is our number one priority, fast response time in our local markets, an experienced tech team, and excellent communication with your insurance company. With twenty years of experience in management in banking, call centers, and his own small businesses, he knows what customers need to be comfortable and satisfied. He settled in the Auburn area because he was attracted to the schools, housing affordability, low crime rates, and job opportunities. The area offers a wide array of activities, including culture, museums, art, entertainment, and the energy of a large city within Worcester. Only thirty minutes away is the serene and natural beauty of the outdoors in a country setting or a mountain top.
