At the heart of the Academy is the 1,200 square-fool Applied Structural Drying (ASD) facility, also known as the Flood House. One of only 27 ASD facilities in the world, this IICRC-approved training environment provides real-life practical instruction on:

  • Advanced water and fire damage restoration
  • Mold remediation and mitigation strategies
  • Biohazard cleanup procedures
