This highly coveted honor, presented at the Annual PuroClean International Convention, is awarded to the top-performing new Franchise Owner in their first year of operation. Tai earned the title after achieving the highest sales revenue among all new locations within his franchise’s first 12 months: an achievement that reflects his tireless work ethic, sharp business acumen, and commitment to serving his community.

In February 2023, Tai launched PuroClean of Rowland Heights with a clear mission: deliver compassionate, high-quality restoration services to families and businesses throughout one of the country’s largest and most diverse counties.
