Ashley Fratello has acquired not one, but three locations, a remarkable step that speaks to her entrepreneurial drive and belief in the PuroClean brand. With a background in business operations and a passion for building strong, compassionate teams, Ashley is already leading with confidence across two states.
She is committed to creating high-performing teams that make a difference during moments of crisis. From mold and water mitigation in Southern California to biohazard and hoarding cleanup in Arizona, Ashley brings both care and capability to every job.
Jacob Moise
- PuroClean of Menifee, CA
A second-generation restoration professional, Jacob Moise, is the proud new Franchise Owner of PuroClean of Menifee in Southern California. Jacob grew up in the industry alongside his brothers, Joseph and James, who also attended and graduated with him in this NFT class to support the family business. Together, the trio brings decades of hands-on experience to this new chapter.
Having already launched their own company in 2020, the Moise brothers were drawn to PuroClean’s strong franchise support and values-driven culture. Now, as the Franchise Owner, Jacob is leading the team in delivering trusted, compassionate service across Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake, and the surrounding Inland Empire communities—restoring not just property, but peace of mind.
Marc Friedhoff
- PuroClean of Northeast Houston – Beltway, TX
Marc Friedhoff brings a unique blend of corporate leadership, small business ownership, and marketing expertise to the PuroClean family. After more than two decades at Hewlett-Packard and four years teaching high school marketing, Marc saw PuroClean as the perfect opportunity to blend business with impact.
He now leads an established team in Northeast Houston, with plans to grow brand awareness and community partnerships throughout Kingwood, Humble, and Atascocita. When he’s not working, you can find Marc competing in local cornhole leagues, golfing, or spending time with family. He’s passionate about service, systems, and building a business that lasts.
Michael “Mike” McIntire
- PuroClean of Rocklin, CA
Mike McIntire is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, a former EMT, and a field technician who’s bringing discipline, compassion, and purpose to his new franchise in Placer County. After years of traveling for work and helping others in critical care settings, Mike was ready to build something for his own community.
Now settled in Rocklin with his wife and newborn son, Mike is excited to serve with integrity, grow a local team, and eventually share his love of the outdoors, especially Yosemite, with his son. PuroClean’s values of Servant Leadership and Extreme Ownership mirror Mike’s military mindset, making this a natural fit.
