Surrounded by hundreds of Franchise Owners, their team members, PuroClean’s Home Office Leadership and Support Team, and valuable industry strategic partners at the 2025 PuroClean International Convention in Grapevine, TX, a powerful moment took center stage: the signing of PuroClean’s 500th franchise.

In the midst of President & COO Steve White’s annual company update, the crowd stood in recognition as Keegan Trudgen and Tim Lohse, two of the brand’s most respected and accomplished Franchise Owners, were invited on stage to officially sign the franchise agreement for their 12th PuroClean unit. This on-stage signing marked the formal addition of the 500th PuroClean franchise location to our thriving network, a powerful symbol of both brand trust and franchise owner-driven growth.

As early champions of multi-unit ownership, they helped lay the foundation for the very program that supports so many today, making it all the more meaningful that their newest location is the 500th in PuroClean’s history.
