At PuroClean, our employees are the driving force behind our success. They work hard to ensure the PuroClean brand is represented in their communities while providing superior customer service to their residential and commercial clients.

As the leading, world-class service brand for property damage restoration that we strive every day to be, we understand the importance of giving our employees the recognition they deserve. Recognizing and rewarding their work can boost morale, increase productivity, and improve overall job satisfaction. So as part of our commitment to them, we’ve launched a nationwide campaign across the U.S., including Puerto Rico, and Canada, to highlight the extraordinary things our team members are doing in their local communities on Employee Appreciation Day. 

The campaign culminates on March 3, Employee Appreciation Day, so we’re using the opportunity to celebrate the outstanding teams across our network. At Home Office, we are celebrating over three days. We started with “Word Wednesday,” where each team member wrote a word that best describes our team on post-it notepads mounted on our lunch room wall; Thursday was “Thankful Thursday” where we shared what we are most thankful for regarding our team; and on Friday, we hosted an employee luncheon to recognize the team’s efforts and dedication.

Additionally, franchise owners throughout the PuroClean network will host events in their communities to honor their team members who go above and beyond for their customers every day. Keep an eye out on social media, where they’ll share appreciation posts and news blasts throughout the week that spotlight their employees’ incredible achievements.
