Carlos Niemes and Team of Trained, Certified Technicians
Now Available for 24/7 Service Calls, Aiding in Water, Fire, Mold, and Biohazard Removal

Pembroke Pines, FL – (July 01, 2021) – After a successful 20-year career in clinical psychology, Carlos Niemes has answered the call to become the local “Paramedic of Property Damage” for his community, opening PuroClean of Pembroke Pines. Niemes and his team of highly trained technicians will serve the Pembroke Pines and surrounding areas of South Florida.

PuroClean of Pembroke Pines will offer property owners in South Florida services for water damage, fire and smoke remediation, mold, and biohazard removal. With the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) predictions of an “above average” hurricane season for 2021, Niemes and his team of trained technicians will provide the necessary support to South Floridians whose properties are affected by tropical storms and hurricane activity, among other available services.

“I know how destructive severe weather conditions can be to homes and businesses, especially here in South Florida where hurricane season is a major concern right now,” said Niemes.  “I’m happy to be able to assist those in my community with these issues, and I’m honored to join the PuroClean network.”

Niemes brings an extensive background in psychology, marketing, and sales to his new endeavor as a PuroClean franchise owner. As a clinical psychologist in his native Ecuador, Niemes worked with athletes and high-performance professionals using cognitive techniques to promote mental agility and enhance overall performance. This past year, he completed his post-graduate degree in neuromarketing and relocated with his family to Pembroke Pines following his daughter’s enrollment in a local university. In addition to his clinical work, Niemes also has a background working alongside multiple U.S. marketing companies, leading teams from 800 to 2,500 members. Interestingly, Niemes is a former high-ranked tennis official who officiated matches in over 30 countries, including six Grand Slams, and the 1992, 1996, and the 2000 Summer Olympic Games. With the opening of PuroClean of Pembroke Pines, Niemes adds the title of entrepreneur to his well-rounded range of professional ventures.

“We are thrilled to announce that PuroClean is now open to service the Pembroke Pines community with the addition of Carlos and his team to our PuroClean family,” said Steve White, President and COO of PuroClean, based in neighboring Tamarac, FL. “Carlos has been wonderful to get to know, and collectively, we’ve been impressed by his passion for helping people.  Carlos has a natural leadership ability, and we’re confident he will be a terrific asset to the community, helping families and business owners in South Florida.”

For more than 20 years, PuroClean has helped home and business owners with their restoration and remediation needs, serving communities across the United States and Canada with a network of over 350 offices.
