Local resident Kevin Brown has opened a new PuroClean franchise location at 201 E. Allen St. in Wentzville. PuroClean offers water damage remediation, flood water removal, fire and smoke remediation, mold removal and biohazard cleanup to both commercial and residential customers.

“No matter where you live or work, there is always potential risk that your home or business will be affected by property damage that is out of your control,” Brown said in a statement. “Following our extensive training at PuroClean’s corporate headquarters in Florida, we look forward to serving our community as part of an established brand with over 20 years’ experience in the restoration industry.”

The Wentzville location of PuroClean will serve the Wentzville, Moscow Mills, St. Charles and Troy areas, officials said.

PuroClean was founded in 2001 and now has more than 280 franchise offices across the U.S. There are three other franchisee-owned locations in the St. Louis-area, including in Festus and Sullivan, Missouri, and in Caseyville, Illinois.
