Before launching his PuroClean franchise, Schupbach brought more than 15 years of industry experience spanning insurance, restoration, and construction. His background includes leadership roles in operations and project management. A graduate of Tec de Monterrey with a degree in international business, he also brings a global mindset and deep understanding of ethical, customer-first business practices.
Under his leadership, PuroClean of Melbourne has rapidly expanded its service capabilities, specializing in water and fire damage restoration, mold remediation, large-loss projects, and commercial cleaning.
