OLATHE, Kan. – (February 12, 2022) — Local entrepreneurs and husband-and-wife duo Nick and Jaime Theisen have opened PuroClean of Olathe in their Kansas City community. An essential business, the Theisen’s PuroClean office will provide 24/7 water damage remediation, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold, and biohazard removal services to the suburb of Olathe and surrounding neighborhoods. As the newly designated “Paramedics of Property Damage,” the Theisens will lead a team of highly trained, certified technicians in providing property restoration and remediation services across the growing Kansas City metro area.

Married for almost 20 years, the Theisens join PuroClean with a desire to build a service-based business from the ground up in their hometown. Located in a geographic region that is prone to serious storms – including tornadoes – the couple is familiar with the need for a quality restoration and remediation provider in their community.

“Opening our business has long been a goal for us and especially in this industry because we have lived through the chaos of flood damage and know just how devastating it can be,” said Nick Theisen. “We’re honored to be able to establish ourselves as a resource in our community and look forward to extending a helping hand to our neighbors who may find themselves in similar situations.”

Prior to opening their PuroClean business, Nick worked as an engineer for close to two decades. His educational background includes a master’s degree in engineering management, and he also has his pilot’s license. In his previous engineering role, he gave back to the local community, mentoring students who were interested in STEM careers.  Jaime previously worked as an accountant and has served as an accounting analyst for a financial institution, drafting and creating budgets for her clients. In past positions, she also served as an accounting manager for residential and commercial clients, where she obtained her lead auditor certification and guided clients to reach their financial goals. Nick will lead operations for the business, while Jaime will drive all marketing efforts.

“We are proud to welcome yet another family business to PuroClean. And we know, with a passion for helping others, the Theisens will be successful in this next endeavor, as they work together with members of their local community to truly make an impact,” said Steve White, President and COO of PuroClean.

For more than 20 years, PuroClean has helped home and business owners with their restoration and remediation needs, serving communities across the United States and Canada with a network of over 375 offices.
