24/7 Emergency Response (928)499-3800

Human Coronavirus COVID-19 infections can be transmitted by airborne or surface contact –

  • Through the air by coughing and sneezing
  • By close personal contact, such as touching or shaking hands
  • By touching contaminated surfaces, then touching the mouth, nose, or eyes

We utilize a unique EPA-registered Artemis product and Electrostatic spray/fogging system that addresses airborne and surface contamination –

  • Our fogging solution meets the EPA Criteria (emerging pathogens claim) to be effective against Coronavirus-Wuhan (COVID-19).
  • Our materials are non-toxic to people and pets
  • Re-entry after 2 hours
  • Applicable to home, businesses, libraries, schools, clinics, hospitals, retirement homes, churches, daycare centers, stores, gyms, transit vehicles, aircraft, and more

We are part of the community and offer a reduced fee service during this critical period –

  • Call for pricing. No hidden costs.
  • No added fees for after-hours services if necessary (i.e. for businesses).
  • Discounts available for churches, schools, community service buildings, seniors, military veterans, and repeated service.

Protect yourself from Coronavirus COVID-19

  • Wash hands frequently with soap and warm water
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose, or mouth
  • Keep away from sick people
  • Let PuroClean Disaster Response fog the surfaces and airspace, then you maintain daily disinfecting of surfaces, especially high touch surfaces

Questions and Answers:

Is your fogging system EPA-registered?

Yes, our system meets the EPA Criteria (emerging pathogens claim) to be effective against Coronavirus-Wuhan (COVID-19).

Where can I get this system?

Not available to the general public. It is a patented biohazard-specific chemistry system originally developed by a national laboratory for hte US military. PuroClean Disaster Response is trained in the proper use and handling of all materials and equipment.

Can you only wipe down high-contact surfaces and save costs over fogging?

Wiping down every surface is labor intensive and thus doubles and even triples the cost per square foot while not providing the complete protection of fogging –

  • The volume airspace: fogging addresses airborne viruses
  • General surfaces: fogging results in our chemistry precipitating onto and subsequently covering all horizontal surfaces; we also direct our fogging under desks, tables, chairs, etc., to provide even more surface coverage (addressed partially in a wipe down)
  • High Contact Surfaces: door knobs, filing cabinet handles, toilet handles, sink fixtures, etc., are wiped down with our same chemistry after fogging (this is addressed in a wipe down)

Thus fogging is an effective and cost efficient method of virus removal.

What preparation do I need to do before a fogging treatment?

There should be no open food containers, no loose papers on desks, no plants, and no pets or aquariums. Remove or cover children toys and pet toys and vacate people. We require the HVAC system to be turned off during treatment, then we turn it on after treatment. Smoke detectors should be temporarily disabled. Our team will wear PPE (personal protective equipment) suits, respirators, and gloves during fogging.

Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces are the recommended actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases, like coronavirus. Since any surface can be re-contaminated after cleaning, and because the coronavirus is also spread person-to-person, PuroClean’s services are not guaranteed to prevent the spread of coronavirus. Visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html) for more information regarding coronavirus, its spread, and prevention.
