PuroClean Announces New Corporate Controller

Tamarac, Fla. (June 26, 2017) – PuroClean, a leader in meeting the restoration demands of the $188 billion property and casualty market, announced today that Duane Marker, CPA, has joined the company. Marker, now the company’s Corporate Controller, will focus on its financial growth and management. His addition to PuroClean’s executive team will assist the company in achieving its ambitious goals to almost double the franchise network within five years.

Marker joins the PuroClean team with 25-plus years’ experience in financial management. Most recently, he served as a Corporate Controller at Tridien Medical where he was responsible for accounting, financial statement preparation, and financial analysis for the $75 million, multi-site medical device manufacturer. Marker has also served as Corporate Controller for AAR Corporation, Decorator Industries and Arch Aluminum & Glass Co.

Marker’s responsibilities as Corporate Controller will include establishing and maintaining the company’s accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives, including accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis. He will undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, forecasts preparation, financial risk management as well the development of internal controls policies and procedures.
