PuroClean Ensures Faster Growth, Revenues for Franchisees

Fort Lauderdale, FL – PuroClean, the nation’s fastest growing property damage remediation
franchise, announced today it has invested significant resources into franchisee sales support,
including the creation of a key senior-level position whose sole focus is to drive franchisee sales
performance and oversee newly created regional sales directors.

PuroClean, which had a banner year in 2007 in terms of both franchise system growth and
individual franchisee sales – to the tune of opening 76 new locations and pulling in nearly $60
million in consumer sales – is seeking to build on that momentum by proactively focusing on
continuously improving sales medians for new and existing franchisees.

As part of the major franchisee sales initiative, PuroClean hired Kelly DuPree, formerly Senior
Director of Integrated Sales and Marketing with AlphaGraphics, to fill the newly created position of PuroClean’s Vice President of Franchisee Sales. DuPree, who brings more than 25 years of sales experience to PuroClean, was known as the “rainmaker” at AlphaGraphics, where she delivered consistent sales results for the well-known franchise brand.

“With Kelly DuPree, we’ve recruited one of the best sales management people I’ve had
the privilege to know,” said Keith Gerson, President & COO of Purosystems, Inc., who
worked with DuPree in his previous career at AlphaGraphics. “Under her leadership, we
are going to get new franchisees out of the gate with faster growth and revenues and
have an entire department whose sole focus will be to continue to drive franchisee
sales.”

Gerson was referring to the creation of Regional Sales Directors that, unlike the current
Regional Business Director format, will focus 100 percent of their time and attention on
Franchisee Sales Performance, including on-site visits and training throughout the year.
