ORLANDO, Fla. – (April 12, 2022) – Frank Garcia, a resident of the Sunshine State for more than two decades, has opened a new PuroClean franchise in East Orlando. Frank, who will be spearheading operations, will work in tandem with his siblings Nathan and Laura Lerma Garcia to bring essential commercial and residential property restoration services to their community. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has already predicted another “above average” hurricane season for 2022. Coming at a time of increased concern, the trio and their team at PuroClean of East Orlando will assist the diverse, fast-growing communities of East Orlando and the greater Orlando metro area with their restoration and remediation needs.
“We are excited to see our business evolve in this way, expanding our offerings and serving the residents and businesses of East Orlando in a new capacity,” said Frank Garcia. “Starting this new adventure with my family, along with a strong support team at the PuroClean home office, will help us be successful in mitigating the chaos of property damage that often hits our area.”
In 2001, Frank Garcia moved from Venezuela to the United States with his family, putting down roots in Central Florida. In 2005, he obtained his Associate of Science degree in business administration and transitioned into the construction industry. Together, the Garcia brothers owned and operated a flooring demolition company to provide flood remodeling, drywall, and kitchen remodeling and installation services to local clients. In addition to their flooring company, the brothers and their sister work together on various real estate investment projects, purchasing properties to remodel and resell. Throughout their time in the construction industry, the Garcias became familiar with restoration service brands and the emergency property damage mitigation sector. They now join PuroClean to expand their business offerings and provide their customers with a new line of services in their East Orlando community.
