"First, thank you to the insurance company for picking such a knowledgeable and trustworthy company that handled our biohazard case like they were apart of our family!"-Joselle, Allstate
Wow. So the pipes in our walls burst and started spraying water through the walls and ceiling. Hashtag NIGHTMARE anyone? Puroclean was literally there in minutes and started helping to minimize the damage by taking out our walls and ceiling (YIKES!) and hauling ruined things away. It is a pretty stressful thing to go through but the team at Puroclean (and there were a lot of them) actually make the experience almost fun. They were very sympathetic to our predicament, super friendly and did a fantastic job of making things easier for the plumber to do THEIR job better (which saved us money.) We cannot thank them enough.

We just finished our second job within 18 months with Puroclean and both times they not only went above and beyond but were also a complete pleasure to work with. They are the best at what they do - extremely professional, thorough, prompt with returning calls/follow-up and patient with many questions. Both times we had to call them were stressful for us as they were due to mini-disasters at our house and Andrew, Miriam and the entire crew were so kind and professional through the whole process, start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend Puroclean!
