Thomas Maguire - Air Force Veteran. Fourth National CE Award

TAMARAC, FL – PuroClean, a leading property restoration franchise, is proud to recognize Thomas Maguire, a U.S. Air Force veteran and accomplished PuroClean Franchise Owner in Spartanburg and Columbia, South Carolina, as the recipient of its 2024 Continuing Education Award. Presented annually to the Franchise Owner who hosts the highest number of continuing education courses, this year’s honor marks Maguire’s fourth time receiving the award.

Maguire previously earned this distinction in 2018, 2022, and 2023, continuing to set the standard for professional development and community engagement among hundreds of peers across PuroClean’s expansive North America network.

“Honored to be recognized with the Continuing Education award for the third year in a row,” said Maguire. “We love working with our local insurance agents each month at the classes; they make this enjoyable and worthwhile.”

Following nearly a decade of honorable service in the United States Air Force, where he served as a commissioned officer in logistics, including a tour with Air Force Special Operations, Maguire went on to become COO of a $55 million small business before setting out to own a business rooted in a simple yet powerful mission: helping others. Since launching his PuroClean franchise in 2009, he and his team have restored residential and commercial properties impacted by water, mold, storm damage, and biohazard situations, delivering exceptional service to every community they serve.

In addition to his four Continuing Education Awards, Maguire is a four-time member of PuroClean’s distinguished President’s Circle and was among the first Franchise Owners in the network to earn the coveted Franchise of the Year award. His contributions have helped raise the bar across the entire franchise system.

“Thomas continues to lead by example, and his fourth Continuing Education Award is proof of his passion for service and commitment to raising the bar, not just within his own business, but across our entire network,” said Steve White, President and COO of PuroClean. “From his time as an Air Force officer to his role as a franchise leader, Thomas embodies the discipline, integrity, and service mindset we value highly. Through his focus on training and education, he empowers others to grow while ensuring property owners receive the highest standard of care. We’re honored to recognize his impact once again.”
