The new year has just started but we have exciting news to share! PuroClean was named a 2020 Top Franchise by Franchise Business Review (FBR)!
The FBR Franchisee Satisfaction Award is the only award that recognizes how satisfied a company’s franchisees are. Thus, being named means we’ve been rated an outstanding brand by the people who know us best — our franchisees. The ranking is based on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance.
For 2020, FBR surveyed over 27,500 franchisees from 307 of today’s leading franchise brands. They asked each survey participant 33 questions about their franchisor. The queries focused on areas such as leadership, training, and core values. They were also asked 16 more personal questions about their business lifestyle and overall enjoyment of running their franchise.
