Where do I start? I called the local adjuster to see if the repairmen I requested to come and take a look at our home for repairs estimate seemed correct. He had concerns that I also had when trying to get us to pay for the material upfront which was a red flag. They requested funds without doing a complete inspection. The adjuster asked if we would like for him to provide us with a reputable company. Immediately he recommended PuroClean of Belton. I placed the call to Travis, and he was onsite the following day without question. The only reason why he showed up the next day was because we had prior engagements however, he would’ve shown up that same day I placed the call. He walked us through each step and answered all of our questions and I will admit we had a ton of questions. The last repairmen were showing friction when we were asking them questions which was another red flag. Travis inspected all areas including areas that I didn’t realize was damaged from the heavy winds and rainwater. The following days Travis and his employee Matthew were onsite and was extremely knowledgeable with the repairs. My wife and I literally did nothing but a few conversations with our insurance company. All of the coordinating, Travis and Matthew took the time out and did it on their own. Travis and Matthew were beyond professional from start to finish while repairing our home. Our home took extensive damages caused by the tornado that went through the city of Temple, TX. I HIGHLY recommend PuroClean of Belton and will most definitely use them for future repairs. Thank you both for such a great experience!!
